My opinion is a guy is who he is until he proves he isn't. Right now, he's Tulo.

If you are looking at who he is now, don't you have to look at his complete work to date, not just a small sample size of this year's stats?

He's proven he's not Tulo to date, becuase Tulo has done it over many, many years.

Not if you are a big believer of xFIP, as Volquez's is slightly better than Wood's.

Look at Volquez's K/BB ratio. Yikes. Travis Wood's .214 BABIP is totally sustainable.
