How about some RedsZone love for Corky Miller?

Corky's putting on a catching clinic behind the plate tonight against San Diego. He threw out a couple runners with perfect throws...one of them the SS had to wait for the runner.

The Enquirer had a little bit about him today too. http://news.cincinnati.com/article/2...|topnews|text|

    Huge fan of Bill.

Wife and I call him Bill due to the fact that, a couple of seasons ago, Corky got called up and the other teams TV crew doing the game asked one another, "When you're name is Corky, what kind of nickname do you have? I'd guess something like Bill or similar..."

    So it stuck.

Dude seems to have always been a 'pros pro' who does whatever the organization needs him to do. Good to see him do well.

I'f I ever go and spring for an authentic jersey or a replica I'd like to get Corky's name and number on it.
I've been to dinner at Jimmy Buffet's house, and I've eaten it at a homeless shelter. And there's great joy and harrowing terror to be found in both places.

    Fear the stache.

Corky is just one of those guys you root for.

Championships for MY teams in my lifetime:

    Chicago Blackhawks - 10, 13, 15
    University of Kentucky - 78, 96, 98, 12

He should have been behind the plate catching Travis Wood to BEGIN the 2010 NLDS Game 1.
