Saw a 60 minutes years ago on an investment group who tried to buy up all the tickets. They got around 80% of the tickets and ended up winning. I forget how high the jackpot would have to be for a realistic chance to make a profit because of the chance of multiple winners.
On GMA they said an estimated $5 was spend for every person in America. What about a special lottery with the proceeds going to the national debt???!?!?!?!
