    Wahoos talk on radio today

    Inside the Blue Wahoos will air again this Friday morning from 11 a.m. - noon on 1450 ESPN Pensacola. Blue Wahoos Owner Quint Studer will start off the show followed by Reds VP of Scouting and Player Development Bill Bavasi. At 11:40 Blue Wahoos Executive Vice President Jonathan Griffith will be on the show to talk about the business side of the organization. Blue Wahoos groundskeeper Ray Sayre will close out the show talking about what it takes to maintain the field. To listen online click here.

    ok, so all but about 8 minutes were Pensacola BW officials. I can tell this much from what they were saying..... parking looks like it will be a problem at the new stadium. 2300 parking spots total within a 15 minute walk!!!

    The Bavasi segment had been recorded a few days ago. The only players he mentioned as coming to AA were Villreal (which we pretty much knew), and he said that Corcino might have forced himself onto the roster, although it wasn't finalized yet.

    Other than that the other interesting thing he said was around the end of October, they decide who is going where the next year, and then adjust as needed in spring.
