I didn't know Sean Payton's son played baseball?

That person should be banned from baseball for the year and probably receive some kind of suspension from the school. There's no excuse for that. It was unnecessary, cowardly, and pathetic.

    Who let the dogs out
"Since I've been with the Reds in 1989, we've never had a farm system this loaded," Bowden said. "If we were the New York Yankees and had unlimited dollars, we could have traded for Colon, (Jeff) Weaver, Rolen, (Cliff) Floyd, (Kenny) Rogers and Finley and gotten them all -- and still held onto our top five prospects. That's an amazing statement."

I had to watch that 2-3 times to be sure I was actually watching that. It took me a few times to even figure out what was being referenced because it happened in the background.

I'm not a fan of prosecution or civil suits resulting from on-field action. I'm inclined to make an exception in this case.

Allow the scene to be re-enacted with the two roles reversed.

The epitome of a bully. 6 foot 2 and 220 pounds and he has to hit a guy less than 5 foot 10 and 175 pounds from the back.

You are blessed with height and athletic ability and I guess that is carte blanche to be a D Bag .... beacuse why? Beacuse people probably kissed his behind and fawned all over him.

How is Chris Carpenter going to explain that one to his son?

What's even worse is that they played Who Let the Dogs Out after. Talk about adding insult to injury.

I agree. That's about the lowest of the low. Thank God the guy that got laid out was just seemingly shaken up. That had the potential to seriously injure him.
How do we know he's not Mel Torme?
