Disappointing but we can still score against Nolasco for sure. Pressure on the bullpen and Arroyo tomorrow to throw more than 5 innings.

He couldn't throw anything off speed for a strike.

Nolasco is jut soft tossing up there a bunch of garbage and the Reds hitters cannot seem to lay off and wait him out.

Maybe we'll get to see Simon pitch tonight?

Well here's the weakness of the Reds right now. Anybody except for Chapman and Marshall out of the pen.

Third time through the order too.

First 2 times through, he worked ahead. Lots of fastballs early. 3rd time seemed like he was overusing off speed and over-cooking them when he did.

Then, when he had to throw FBs... Boom.

Anybody else watching (trying to) the game on MLB.tv? It won't load for me; curious if I'm the only one.
Games are won on run differential -- scoring more than your opponent. Runs are runs, scored or prevented they all count the same. Worry about scoring more and allowing fewer, not which positions contribute to which side of the equation or how "consistent" you are at your current level of performance.

I am sure Latos will not use excuses, but maybe Hanigan should catch Arroyo and Latos? I hear Devon is good back there, but doesn't Hanigan call a better game for a guy like Latos? No clue here, just a thought.

I had trouble at the start. Had to sign out and sign back in.

Darn. Have done that twice to no avail.

At least we have the top of the order up next inning.
