Monday April 9, 2012 Minor League updates

Jones triple and Frazier double gives the Bats a 2 run lead in the first. Now time for Brackman to make his Reds organizational debut.

A scoreless first for Brackman, one hit, no strikeouts or walks, but he looked a little wild (on milb.tv).

Glad to see Brackman is that effective. It would be really nice to see this guy succeed in Cincy's organization.

    Nice job batsfan.

Dayton is down 8-0 and has one hit. Not a good night for the Dragons.

    Dayton game ended 8-0.

Arias, Wright, and Buckley were all 1 for 4. Waldrop was 0-2 with 2 BB and got an outfield assist at 2nd base. Stalin Gerson and Erik Miller both got lit up. Jim Moran and Ryan Kemp pitched well. Jefry Sierra (CF) and Ryan Wright (2B) both had fielding errors.

Clayton Tanner saves it for the Wahoos. Relieved Freeman with one out in the ninth, fanned the first guy, hit the next, gave up a single and then got the final out on a ground ball.

Louisville won 9-3, everyone other than Dorn had a hit. J.J. Hoover allowed 2 earned runs in the ninth inning. Negron, Valaika, Frazier, and Corky Miller all had 2 hits.
