Reds simply aren't as good as the Cards. they may comeback or win tomorrow, but they are worse in terms of starting pitching, offense and bullpen.
And it's not really that close. Cards are a 93-94 win team. Reds are a 79-81 win team.
Just doing all I can to remind myself that this is game 5. But I am pessimistic as hell right now.

Very impressed with Marshall.
Jeebus. Miserable.
I'm not that worried about Votto, Rolen, or Phillips. CF and LF... thats another story
Awful, awful baseball. Putting my computer away right now before I say something I regret.

Completely and utterly shut down by two cast-off stiffs. Impressive.
Rounding third and heading for home...
It could be worse. There is always the Astros.
Motte could have bounced it 5 feet in front of the plate, and Heisey was swinging.
Stubbs, OTOH, would have taken an 0-2 pitch down Broadway.
Trivia time. Heisey has made the last out in all three Reds losses.
