Hold 'em here, scrape up one more run, and give it to Marshall.

wouldn't this be a great spot to bring in Marshall?
...the 2-2 to Woodsen and here it comes...and it is swung on and missed! And Tom Browning has pitched a perfect game! Twenty-seven outs in a row, and he is being mobbed by his teammates, just to the thirdbase side of the mound.

Four pitch walk to DeRosa?? Please tell me that was intentional.

Cowboy said Bruce just ran over to center field and took Stubbs's sunglasses from him. That's hilarious.

    Also throw a dang strike.

Not really. You would have to pinch hit for him and he would be unavailable to close it out.

but if the Nats score, there wouldn't be anything to close.

    ugh
"Since I've been with the Reds in 1989, we've never had a farm system this loaded," Bowden said. "If we were the New York Yankees and had unlimited dollars, we could have traded for Colon, (Jeff) Weaver, Rolen, (Cliff) Floyd, (Kenny) Rogers and Finley and gotten them all -- and still held onto our top five prospects. That's an amazing statement."

Cannot believe the inconsistencies of the strike zone.
