When it comes down to dropping Arroyo or Bailey from the rotation for Chapman or Francis, I'd drop Bailey.
Hopefully the Reds score 4 here, give Arroyo some room.
Bottom of the order in the 7th right? If it's still a 1 run game I would warm Ondrusek or Chapman just in case, but still send him out to try and get 7 in.
