What's this logic you speak of?

And really, there's not even anybody close.
Phipps couldn't be any worse. How about Heisey?

Doubt he could be worse either. Hamilton is a SS and possibly 2-3 years away and he couldn't be worse, IMO.

    That's how bad Stubbs is.

You would be very disappointed by that move very quickly.

Heisey should be playing left. I guess could go Ludwick-Heisey-Bruce but Beethoven ain't looking so hot either.

Phipps would absolutely be worse. He strikes out just as much, doesn't have as much speed or power and isn't as good of a fielder. And Stubbs will walk more.

    Heisey, maybe.

Hamilton wouldn't OPS .550 in the Majors right now.

Right now the match up is a man who was accused of murdering his brother vs a man who was kidnapped in the offseason.

Simon got hosed on that pitch as Hanigan couldn't quite frame it well enough.

    I like to see it.

At least Hamilton would make it entertaining. Stubbs is Austin Kearns after Ray King (but without the shoulder injury). He makes me sleepy.
