Someone needs to teach Brackman a 2 seam fastball and quick. I can't tell if he uses a 4 seamer or a cutter, but it is the straightest pitch I have ever seen.

After watching Brackman pitch for the Yankees last September, I had a hard time believing the off-season reports that he was throwing upper 90s again. Unfortunately, those off-season reports look they were incorrect.

Gerson strikes out three in the first. Ryan Wright with a first-inning double that failed to materialize.

Brackman walks his fifth batter with just one out in the third. After his first start, I thought Drew had developed as a pitcher, the last two starts have really changed that opinion.

Brackman gives up a double and his fifth walk but wriggles out of the one-out jam.
