“I don’t care,” Votto said of passing his friend and former teammate. “He’s in the past. Bye-bye, Jay.”
Wow. How was he not out. Big argument coming here.
OUT?! OUT?! Good lord we cant catch a break!
Holy crap, not even close.

While I think the warning may have been an overreaction, I don't subscribe to the "he threw a breaking ball" argument as a way to explain he thereby wasn't throwing at a batter. Guys can control a breaking ball enough to hit a batter with it if they're so inclined. And in my estimation, if you want to throw at a guy, sometimes doing it with a breaking ball is the way to go because of the saturation of the excuse that it's "only a breaking ball so he couldn't have been throwing at him."
Any ball at 80+ MPH is gonna sting a bit. Personally, I got the feeling Cueto was throwing at Molina.
Oh, and that was a TERRIBLE call.

What a horrible call. One of the worst I seen in awhile.
Hoping to change my username to 75769024
I think he was clearly safe, however...was it even a good idea to go for it there? Kinda a shallow hit to try that on.
