Scott Carroll is the guilty party for the three runs allowed in the top of the 10th.

The Bats get one back in the bottom of the 10th on a fielder's choice. Runner on first, one out, Bats down two.

Dorn was hit by a pitch, but Soto ended the game with a GIDP. Bats lose 9-7. Navarro had a great game going 4 for 4. Valaika had 3 hits as well. All Bats starters had hits except for Dorn. Carlos Fisher was the only Bat pitcher to not allow a run.

Vidal follows up a Lutz ground out with a single. Vidal then steals second for his first stolen base of the year.

The Blue Wahoos game was ended early because of the rain. They lose 7-0.

The Blaze didn't end up scoring in the top of the 4th. Doyle replaces Holdzkom and gets 2 Ks and another out. Blaze up 2-1 after 4.

Now 8-4 Blaze in the top of the 7th with the Blaze batting. Billy Hamilton is absolutely on fire. 2 more hits tonight (and 3 runs) plus his 11th stolen base of the season. Now batting .395. Wow.

Billy now sporting a .386/.481/.636 line right now. That's a 1.117 OPS. I know we are talking about only 12 games, but that is the way to start! I especially love the 7 BB in 52 PA (1 HBP as well). His ability to take a walk is going to make him that much more dangerous. I would like to see him get his steal % up. Right now he has 11 steals in 14 attempts.

If his obp is anything north of .350, he will be a terror.

John Holdzkom with the line of the night. He started and went three innings.
    3IP 0H 1R 0ER 4BB 2K.
Micheal Griffin pitched 1.2 innings to get the win. He gave up a hit and a walk while striking out 4.
Yorman with 3 more Ks in 4 ABs. 19 Ks in 43 ABs on the year. Ouch.
