    Kudos to Mesoraco

He showed some pretty good physical and mental tools last night I thought. He showed some speed when he pinch ran and scored. He lined a single in his only AB. His attempt at the foul bunt attempt was impressive. And he hung in nicely at the play at the plate.

    Good game for the rook.
Zero chance the Reds miss the playoffs!

It's always fun watching the young guys come up. They just look hungry and more intense. Hopefully he'll get a few more at bats considering he's quietly posted the 4th highest BA on the team so far at .231. Cueto, Leake, and Arroyo are all tied for 3rd at .250...what does that tell ya?

Good post. I noticed that too. He can move a bit, can't he? I loved his dive for that foul bunt. You have to like his skill-set. I'm hoping he can force Dusty's hand at some point to be in the line-up more consistently.
