Four-run lead with the wind blowing in, this one should be over.

Homer makes 93 look effortless - I'm still of the opinion that he could have a damn good year

Homer working quickly....hopefully when people get on he keeps the pace and doesn't slow down much.

Wow, I just tuned in and noticed a 2,3 & 4 of Stubbs, Votto and Bruce producing. If only someone could have thought of that a few weeks ago.

With a team like the Reds you really need someone that is willing to be flexible and try to work with what we have.

If there were 2 things I would change on this team, the first one would be to move Stubbs to the #2 spot in the order. He has talent but poor pitch recognition, especially with out of the zone junk. You put him in front of Votto he is going to see a lot more fastballs and a lot less junk. He should be able to get on base more and if he is on base, Votto is going to see more fastballs.

Second thing is move Bruce to #4. He is the only cleanup bat on this team. The fact they put him at #5 simply to break up the lefties is ridiculous.

But we can't have Drew, one of the fastest guys in the league, trying to go from first to third. We're better off if he just stops at 2nd base.

Yeah. We've finally figured out that the reason for everyone's slump has been the lineup order.

I pretty much am on the edge of my seat every game until Welsh gives us the umpires "number"

Now I can enjoy the game.
