He hasn't looked sharp in any of his outings this season. He's letting this game get away from him in a hurry!

Castro triples off the wall in left. Ludwick was totally lost on that one. 5-1 Cubs.

He's throwing almost all sinkers and cutters -- all between 84 & 88. How about something to change their bat speed? Where's Mes on this one?
Games are won on run differential -- scoring more than your opponent. Runs are runs, scored or prevented they all count the same. Worry about scoring more and allowing fewer, not which positions contribute to which side of the equation or how "consistent" you are at your current level of performance.

Mike Leake is missing his spots today, big time.

April hasn't been his strongest month in his career.

I wish Homer Bailey was as good as Mike Leake.

Gonna need to start putting up some more runs.

Yep. Bad starts happen. Win anyway.
All my posts are my opinion - just like yours are. If I forget to state it and you're too dense to see the obvious, look here!

The Reds are in serious trouble.

By this time in his other starts, the Brewers and Cardinals had both put up 6 runs against Maholm.
