Interesting to note the ERAs of the four pitchers who worked Bakersfield's 4-1 victory: Lotzkar 1.69, Griffin 1.80, Wolford 2.00, Pearl 2.08. Of course, it's an eminently small sample; but it's also the California League. Griffin's apparently seamless conversion to pitcher seems worth noting.
Bakersfield had 7 hits last night. 0for Billy Hamilton. He did draw a walk, though.
David Vidal, Devin Lohman and Bryson Smith each had two hits. One of Lohman's hits was a bomb.
