Votto's error was on a pickoff. Not a third out. So, basically, it did not give the Cubbies an extra out.

I'll take the lesser of two evils. Because Dusty will warm up Simon or some bum in the worst possible situation out of the pen if you want him to go there.

You obviously don't realize that Ondrusek is up and ready. Do you even watch or just gripe 24/7?

Wouldn't that make both runs earned, instead of just one of them?

HBP. Two on. Cubs regret taking LaHair out now I would imagine.

Actually I thought I was supporting his decision there, but hey, keep thinking you know what I mean and making a fool out of yourself. Like I said, put me on ignore if bashing your mentor bugs you so much.

No. Actually. I think you are right. The second run doesn't score without that error. My bad. Okay. No one run is earned and one unearned. I am so confused. Mather scores on the Lahair single even without the error by Votto.

Seems like Ondrusek has been getting a ton of work lately.

Hopefully Logan can strand those runners and leave Cueto with just the one earned run given up. His ERA has to be looking pretty good right now.
