I thought Latos did a fine job that inning.Good hitters battle and the Giants best hitters did just that. They still have nothing to show for all the hard work.

Gameday is not off. The ump is/was.

I can deal with a small zone. I can deal with a big zone. What I can't handle is when it's inconsistent and unfairly advantageous to one pitcher over the other. Cain is getting strikes called that are clearly outside the zone. Latos getting the complete opposite. Nothing close called a strike and clear strikes called balls. Total BS. Who is this ump anyway?
    I'm with you.

As long as the ump is consistant with both pitchers, I have no issue at all.

Wow. Latos was NOT going to give in...he really battled through all those atbats. Nice. He's still got to learn how to hold runners, but he's got Major League cajones.

Yea, I thought that was the answer to being squeezed...that crossed the plate about dead center; There was no way it could be called a ball. It could have been launched by the hitter....

Yeah, certainly not the perfectly placed fastball that actually got the out.

He threw a ton of well placed fastballs that inning that were fouled off because there was no fear of his breaking ball.

This offense continues to do absolutely nothing. If it weren't for DatDude barely knocking that 1st-inning foul tip, this is a 0-0 game still.
