    I agree with you on that but no one else has hit well enough to protect Votto. I agree its not ideal but for now it will do.

    Stubbs has hit better in front of Votto...Cozart did as well but has also hit OK at the top. This is Walt's fault he cannot seem to find a decent #4......and even hoping that Baker goes Votto/Bruce....is hard to do when Bruce hit's like Ruth for one week and then Mike Lum for the next.

    I was gonna pronounce Rolen dead if he had an 0-fer. Zito is the type of guy Scott should be patient with and handle well.
