I'm inclined to agree. Gotta know when to hold 'em and know when to fold 'em, and Bronson's just gonna allow more baserunners and runs if kept it.
"Since I've been with the Reds in 1989, we've never had a farm system this loaded," Bowden said. "If we were the New York Yankees and had unlimited dollars, we could have traded for Colon, (Jeff) Weaver, Rolen, (Cliff) Floyd, (Kenny) Rogers and Finley and gotten them all -- and still held onto our top five prospects. That's an amazing statement."

Doesn't have much command but he is battling. Loving the 2012 Arroyo so far.

I would hook him. No shame in 5 ip 2 r the way he is throwing tonight.

After that inning, so would I. It will only get worse from here.

But at 80 pitches, he goes back out. Dusty's rules.

Rolen up, Arroyo's spot could come up this inning.

If so, I hit for Bronson. No question.

Rolen is really making a strong case for retirement.

Time to give Zito a bit of credit here guys. He's pitching VERY well. Irritating, for certain. But he's still pitching good.
    2014 predictions:
99-63 WS champs (Cards take 2nd WC, Mil 3rd, Pit 4th, Chi 5th)
Bruce/Votto neck and neck MVP race (neither takes it)

    Hamilton ROY & GG

Yes. Just like Jake Westbrook. Ricky Nolasco. Mark the Cubs lefty. Kyle Lohse multiple times. Jaimie Garcia.

They have all pitched well against the Reds.
