Offense still clunky, making the songbird look like more of a hawk.

Not talking about errors counted by official scorers. I'm talking about little things that don't always show up in a box score. Sometimes, I've seen him not lining up properly, or a little slow in covering base. Sometimes his throws to 1B are a little off. Most of the time, its no big deal. As I said, it's probably more of a rookie thing.

Phillips legs out a grounder to short.

Bruce swings at the first pitch and deposits it underneath the power stacks. 4-2 Redlegs!

    Bruce Almighty!!!!
...the 2-2 to Woodsen and here it comes...and it is swung on and missed! And Tom Browning has pitched a perfect game! Twenty-seven outs in a row, and he is being mobbed by his teammates, just to the thirdbase side of the mound.

SF broadcasters whining about the ballpark. Bruce's jack definitely snuck over the fence.

    BRUUUUUUUUUUUU
"Since I've been with the Reds in 1989, we've never had a farm system this loaded," Bowden said. "If we were the New York Yankees and had unlimited dollars, we could have traded for Colon, (Jeff) Weaver, Rolen, (Cliff) Floyd, (Kenny) Rogers and Finley and gotten them all -- and still held onto our top five prospects. That's an amazing statement."
