Zeitler was a safe pick. I would have liked Glenn or DeCastro but you can't go wrong with an O-lineman from Wisconsin. Kirkpatrick wasn't a bad pick either and it filled a need.

I was surprised the Steelers passed over Hightower but you can't argue with their pick. The Patriots made out IMO and I think are still picking at 31.

Vikings traded up to get Baltimore's pick. Apparently Baltimore was very interested in Zeitler

People are going to be nervous about the DeCastro thing. It has never been out and out said, but I don't think the Bengals coaches like him in their system. Tonight I heard Dave Lapham say that the Bengals wouldn't take DeCastro. A couple days ago, I heard someone say that the Bengals were really high on Zeitler. Zeitler is more in line with a younger Bobbie Williams. He is a true anchor, and he gets push. The crap of guards getting pushed into the backfield stops now. I hated Zeitler when he played for Wisconsin, because he was so good.

According to Joe Reedy the Bengals coaches have liked Zeitler even before the combine. They also apparently had graded Glenn over DeCastro.

Really, they're about the only team that didn't!

That is a terrible pick IMO. Jenkins was the moron that ran he mouth before he took on the great Ohio State defense and was effectively shutdown, by Travis Howard and Bradley Roby.

They got a second and third out it, so Colts fans everywhere were pretty happy.
