That has to be the top play of the day. That was just sick.

Extend Cueto thru the 8th. Screw the pitch count.

Yep, he clearly needs to be sent down for awhile to get his act together. Poor kid is falling apart.

So who should be leading off? I'd rather see Stubbs in the two hole even if it is awkward for Votto when he's on base, Votto gets pitched around a lot either way.

I'm not a big fan of bringing in Chapman in that situation, but a win is a win. Now take the series tomorrow.

Am I the only one who thinks that had Cueto had the defensive performance Leake had that he might not have got a win? Well he may get the win the the difference in defense in back-to-back games was very significant.

Every play was made tonight....Reds botched play after play for Leake.

Leake was never on his game last night, but our defense definitely wasn't his friend. The entire team looked hungover from the loss the night before.

Cueto struggled to get through a couple innings today, but still pitched shutout innings against an Astros offense that's been hot in April. Yes, Cueto was helped by a couple web gems (Cozart and Rolen -- and Bruce's arm), but he was dealing the last couple innings he pitched. He looked like he could finish the game, even if it meant throwing 150 pitches.

Overall, we looked way better today, but I don't see how anyone could compare Leake's game last night to Cueto's today. Just my opinion.

Cueto is awful. Look at that 1.39 ERA. The other two pitchers the Reds used today have 0.00 ERAs. I bet in a week or two Johnny is in the bullpen. 1.39 reeks.
