Bruce flies out to center. 3-1 Reds going to the bottom of the 5th.
"Since I've been with the Reds in 1989, we've never had a farm system this loaded," Bowden said. "If we were the New York Yankees and had unlimited dollars, we could have traded for Colon, (Jeff) Weaver, Rolen, (Cliff) Floyd, (Kenny) Rogers and Finley and gotten them all -- and still held onto our top five prospects. That's an amazing statement."

Astros up 2-1 on cards after 1. It's time for Lohse to taste the bitter sting of defeat. Okay, too corny. How about "Okay, he just needs to get the snot knocked out of him." Yeah, that's better. :O)

Jeff Piecoro sitting along in the stands because he has no friends.

Correira with a good at-bat and he singles to left (over a jumping BP). 1 on, 1 out.

Tabata grounds right back to Cueto but he doesn't see anybody at 2nd to turn the DP but he gets the out at 2nd anyway. Weird play/miscue. 2 out, runner on first.

The perogies are running, not nearly as cool as the sausages or presidents.

Rolen hits one that looked like a sure double, but Tabata runs it down in right center. 1 out.

Hanigan hits one deep but not deep enough as Tabata tracks it down near the wall. 3-1 Reds going to the bottom of the 6th.
