From Sheldon's blog: 5/11 vs WAS

*LHP Gio Gonzalez could be a handful for the Reds tonight. In two career starts, totaling 14 innings — Gonzalez has not allowed a run. He gave up two hits with no walks and seven strikeouts on April 12 vs. CIN at Washington.

*The Reds pitching staff ranks fifth in the NL with a 3.27 ERA. They are 12-6 with a 2.64 ERA over the last 18 games.

    From me:
Let's go LEAKE. Prove this board wrong!
    * Attended the 1990 and 2010 Reds Division clinchers *

Go 76ers, Go Steelers and Go Bucks

I was thinking Latos was going today. I forgot about the change last week due to the rainout. Not crazy about the Leake vs Gonzalez matchup. It definitely doesn't favor us.

Guys are hard to beat when they don't let your team score. Of course, the Reds weathered Greinke.

I agree. This first game looks like a tough one. But stranger things have happened.

Time to think up a plan B for Leake's rotation spot.

You could seriously just see that coming. All of Leake's put away pitches were fouled off, you knew he was gonna get one up and hit it hard.
