gotta put up a zero right here Bailey
gotta put up a zero right here Bailey
He could have head butted it out to centerfield and kept running
This ump needs some glasses
Brantly agrees with the game thread that Bailey getting a different and not as friendly strike zone.
How does that even happen? It's not like Delgado is an established stud or anything.
This is the time. The real Reds organization is back.
Nasty slide piece to get Uggla!!!
Homer throwing well tonight. Strikeout there.
It must be tough to pitch at GABP as your home park. Just from a home run perspective, it probably plays mind games with some of these pitchers. Tonight, a few fairly long fly balls stayed in the stadium, helping Homer out. Atlanta ballpark a little more foregiving.
Now a walk to McCann, which is ok with me. Chipper then singles.
Two on for Homer, let's see if he can get out of it. These are the situations that sometimes give him trouble.
Bailey is definitely getting squeezed by home plate ump tonight. Small zone for him, but giving Delgado the benefit of the doubt on the outside corner all night.
Pop up to get Heyward. Nice pitching there. One more out needed.
That 1-1 pitch that was called a ball was a textbook strike.
Bouncer to third, ends inning. This is one of the best games I've seen Bailey pitch. Win or lose, he seems in command of things.
Reds better be swinging and not taking.
