    ? about MLB streaming

MLB will black out all Reds games because of my locale.

My question is; can my nephew in Texas purchase the package for me ?

No, the program will check the location from your IP address and black you out.

Yes, the audio will be available to stream live, and the games will be able to be streamed approximately 90 minutes after completion.

You could always go the proxy route and try to trick the MLB app from detecting. I know my iPhone has a jailbreak app that will change my "location" to where I want it to be to let me see games if I want.
