Just when we were trying to decide the ever-burning question of who we preferred, Ludwick or Heisey...and Dusty decides to appease us all. We get BOTH! Woohoo!

Here's how we bust Leake out of his doldrums. *sigh*

(and just watch, we'll freaking put up double digit runs. )

He's benching Bruce against Santana just because of that stat line?
...the 2-2 to Woodsen and here it comes...and it is swung on and missed! And Tom Browning has pitched a perfect game! Twenty-seven outs in a row, and he is being mobbed by his teammates, just to the thirdbase side of the mound.

I think the Reds explode in this one. It's time.

No one explodes at Citi Field. Even with the fences moved in and lowered. Dead last in runs and hits; near the bottom in most offensive categories. Keep that in mind when playing there.

No, I'm sure he's just giving Jay a day off due to this long run of consecutive games. He's said several times that he'll be giving everybody a day off during this run.

Yes, but you're ignoring the Ludwick/Hi-C factor. That overwhelms ALL other factors.

Ah, gotcha...then it does make sense to do it against a lefty.

Agree. No issue giving Jay a spell here. Might be a big spot late in the game where he can bat instead of Constanzo.

Can someone explain the pitching order at this point? I'm seeing the Reds over the next 5 days, and I'd like to know what to expect from the matchups.

Well, at least we have a threat on the bench tonight. Not often we can say that.

Lunacy is doing the same thing, over and over again, and expecting drastically different results. Johan might strike out 10 to 12 tonight. Hope I'm wrong.

Johan has been very good but has rarely made it into the later innings. Hopefully we can get into their bullpen early. Seems we only score runs when we get into the other teams pens.
