Frazier K's, 2 left on base. 1-1 going to the bottom of the 4th.
"Since I've been with the Reds in 1989, we've never had a farm system this loaded," Bowden said. "If we were the New York Yankees and had unlimited dollars, we could have traded for Colon, (Jeff) Weaver, Rolen, (Cliff) Floyd, (Kenny) Rogers and Finley and gotten them all -- and still held onto our top five prospects. That's an amazing statement."

I think I'm to the point I have more confidence in Valdez or Cairo at 3rd. Frazier's lost at the moment.

Wow the zone is wide tonight for Johann...I bet Leake is wondering what he needs to do to get those outside/inside calls.

Win a game or two. Johann Santana, at home, will get calls that a mediocre 0-5 starter won't.

Turner grounds out to short. 1 out.

"If we were the New York Yankees and had unlimited dollars, we could have traded for Colon, (Jeff) Weaver, Rolen, (Cliff) Floyd, (Kenny) Rogers and Finley and gotten them all -- and still held onto our top five prospects. Stubbs is a clear guess hitter, taking strikes and swinging at pitches out of the zone.
