Looking forward to Cueto vs. CC on Sunday. I doubt Cueto is gonna have two straight bad outings.

0 for 9 with 5 k's for the top 2 in the lineup...time for changes?

Stubbs OPS nearing the Janish line at .618.

BP's hammy should be all good by now. It's probably time to get him back to the top of the order.

Very disappointing loss. We should be 3-1 on this road trip right now, but 2-2 isn't terrible. We need to take care of business against the Yankees, and that's possible. This isn't a great Yankees team. Even at home, they're only 11-8.

At 4-0 a sweep looked like a pretty good bet.

Is it me or does this team seem to win games it should lose and then lose games it should win?

    Absolutely.

    Phillips to leadoff, for one.

And Jocketty has to get off his duff and get this team a second LH OF bat.

Rasmus? Brantley? I'd take either. Or both!

I just do not understand why they refuse to give Heisey the acceptable amount of starts. No, he isn't going to carry us to the World Series but it seems like Dusty only uses matchups when he wants to. Heisey gets less than 1/2 the starts and Luddy has not been worth anything since 2004 in front of Pujols. Heisey put together an excellent 3 game stretch of doing very meaningful stuff including consecutive 3 hit games then goes 0-4 last night....Luddy time!...oh he's a better matchup. Screw you Dusty, shut up with the Heisey's swing is only good on certain pitchers crap.....what about Stubbs? His swing great in everyone? He plays EVERY day.

    Heisey with a PH double.

Let Heisey flipping start 27/30 games and get some kind of measurement on this guy. Get him 95 starts the rest of the year and then you'll know what he can do. I've never seen a player given a title/label with no constant starting opportunities ever.

Sorry, dude. It'll never happen. You'd be tossing away 20 or so years of accumulated wisdom....er, gut instincts...on who should bat against whom.
