Stubbs grounds out to 3rd on a diving stop by Rodriguez. 1-0 Yankees mid 8th.

Going to the 9th needing a Votto homerun......kind of the typical gameplan for the Reds this year.

Who is this guy? They're making him look like Andy Pettitte.

Soft-tosser = Doom for the Reds. Why is this?

Verlander is still going through 8 . He just struck out the side in the 8th and now has 12 Ks. I am sure MLB network will carry the 9th.

Cozart and Stubbs are killing the top of this lineup. I'd rather see Heisey and Hanigan up there ... And that's saying something. And if Mesoraco isn't going to play, he should be playing everyday in AAA. Hanigan is doing fine, but I thought Mes might DH instead of Cairo.
