Votto Ks. High throw and Stubbs in safely.
Heads of state that ride and wrangle. That look at your face from more than one angle. Can cut you from their bloated budgets. Like sharpened knives through Chicken McNuggets.

Votto swung at two balls WAY out of the zone in one at-bat. Pretty rare.

Phillips down looking. Scoreless after one.

Question of the day -- How many runs will the Reds score today that aren't the direct result of a home run?

    Is this a trick question?

    I will say two.

As Cowboy said, the Reds are struggling with runners in scoring position.

Stubbs glides over to right-center for out number two.

Anyone know if this homeplate ump is from Atlanta? He's squeezing the hell out of Bailey, much more then he did Delgado.

Francisco looking futile. 3 Ks for Homer through two.

Nice job so far by Homer.

I'm hoping I've misunderestimated him, all along.

I actually like the idea to try and bunt your way on. Anything to get on base and feel good about yourself.

Agreed. Not a bad idea. Poor execution.
