That's two out of three starts as off nights. When do we get concerned?

Unless he complains of arm soreness, I don't. Even Roy Halladay will get pounded every few starts now and then.
"Since I've been with the Reds in 1989, we've never had a farm system this loaded," Bowden said. "If we were the New York Yankees and had unlimited dollars, we could have traded for Colon, (Jeff) Weaver, Rolen, (Cliff) Floyd, (Kenny) Rogers and Finley and gotten them all -- and still held onto our top five prospects. That's an amazing statement."

Costanzo hitting for Simon. Really good outing for Simon who had not pitched in over a week.

I will give a big one there. Now can they find someone to hit at least off the bench? That would be cool.

Castanzo is like putting a relief pitcher up there to pinch hit. He's beyond terrible.

If the dude cannot hit for power....he obviously cannot take a walk.....he is not even a good option as a 4th OF, let alone starter in LF.

Simon has been a very pleasant surprise. Alot of ppl on the Sundeck thread were bashing that move of sending Frazier down. I think Simon has held his own
