Bruce strikes out looking. Swung at a high pitch then watched a clear strike.

Heisey attempts a bunt but bunts right back the pitcher. 2nd and 3rd. 2 outs.

"Since I've been with the Reds in 1989, we've never had a farm system this loaded," Bowden said. "If we were the New York Yankees and had unlimited dollars, we could have traded for Colon, (Jeff) Weaver, Rolen, (Cliff) Floyd, (Kenny) Rogers and Finley and gotten them all -- and still held onto our top five prospects. That's an amazing statement."

Heisey has had horrible ABs in two crucial situations the last 2 nights. That bunt and the AB where he kept swinging at ball 4 last night.

Costanzo strikes out swining. Big missed chance there. 6-3 Reds after 5.
