Not really, just kinda went to a knee and reached for it. He's afraid to leave the ground.

Disagree. Fans have complained about the same things regarding dusty his entire career here. Winning or losing. If fans accepted
The crap now just because of winning a few games then that would be hypocritical. He hasn't changed sucking at all.

Yea I saw the catch earlier in the inning. Good catch. Any centerfielder would have had it.

So he can trap a ball against a wall once in 500 games? His bunt rally killer and his whiff with 1 out and runners on 2nd and 3rd easily outweigh his non-catch being called incorrectly.

Too often he has not had the pitcher bunt and then pull him. Can't find any intelligence myself in backing the majority of the decisions of Dusty Baker for any of his teams since the day he became a Manager in the National League.

It was a MLB effort and I'll take it.

Have to disagree with you buddy. I'm all for whining and complaining when we lose but posts like "Dusty being Dusty" ect are really getting to be a bore. If you have to whine and complain, at least show a little imagination.

Stubbs has had an awful day at the plate, why are people here criticizing his defense today? He laid out and almost took a double away and he did take away a double earlier in the inning.

Imagination like Valdez in the 2-hole?

    Please clarify.

It makes absolutely no baseball sense. What is going thru dustys toothpick when he writes valdez in at 2 hole in front of votto...and when he writes in hanigans name at 8. I can't imagine anything at all.

Lance tweeted that Willie Harris and Costanzo are 4-48 this year.

Not true at all. Dusty bashing has become sport particularly on this site. The cast who do it remain the same and it has nothing to do with their respective point of view of the game. If something goes wrong blame Dusty no matter the situation and continuing to do so with the team playing as well as they are just makes them look foolish.

He didn't lay out. It was actually a terrible effort.

I cant believe im saying this but i cant wait till Janish and Rolen come back because right now this team has 0 infield depth and whenever Cairo, Valdez, or Costanzo are in the lineup this team arguably has the worst offense in baseball
