All that aside, Chapman has either had just bad luck or he's starting to dabble in things he'd be better off avoiding. The only thing that stuck out to me in that video is that it looks like someone recorded it off of a TV and put it on their website. You can see the 'hertz' lines going up the video. You are telling me that is the best that a television station can do?

It's Pittsburgh. It is the best the Yinzers can do. I've spent a lot of time in the 'Burgh, since my wife is from there and I've seen better TV production here in WV than there.
