You and I must not watch the same team.
This is the ol Left Hander rounding third and heading for home.

SB for Hernandez. High breaker, Hanigan didn't have a prayer.

Cards playing with a B or C squad as far as the lineup goes and they just keep on scoring.

I am watching pretty much the same team that put up the second best offense in the NL in 2011.

Kelch trying to jinx the Reds, but it doesn't work. On to the ninth.

Foul pop out to Hanny. Nicely done. 2-1 Pirates heading to the ninth.

4-5-6 up. Votto on the bench. Get one on and hope!

I think all of 2012 will be like this. Always close and always a nail biter.

Joey didn't look like he had any thoughts of entering this game.

I'm not putting too much stock into the thought that we win this game with Votto. We have had plenty of offensive days like this with all of our regulars in the lineup. We also had some really bad luck in that first inning with the shots that Bruce/Phillips hit right into the gloves of Pirate players.
This will not change until the Reds win the World Series.......

Unrelated note but Seattle leads Texas 16-0 after 3.

Phillips pops out on the first pitch. Well, that's not the way to start.

    let's go Hi-C!
