“I don’t care,” Votto said of passing his friend and former teammate. “He’s in the past. Bye-bye, Jay.”

Votto's long awaited day off for the season. Can Constanzo Wally Pipp him?

Cueto is probably saying "Why me?"

Hanigan still can't get out of the 8 hole. Even with someone who is 1 for 13 hitting ahead of him.

I was at the Saturday game in Yankee Stadium when he got his only hit - an opposite field single to left-center.. Who knows, if he gets sent down without ever collecting another hit, I will have seen his one moment of glory.

Not exactly Moonlight Graham, but there can't be that many players in the history of the game with just one career hit.

Let's hope he brings his aluminum pole with him to the dish. A festivus for the rest of us!

Not exactly a lineup of Grizzled vets. It is amazing at times how young a lineup the Reds are sending out there.

Having also been there, it lives a considerable rung BELOW witnessing Asdrubal Cabrera's unassisted triple-play.
    2014 Reds record: 1-2

AJ not having the big bump of a year he'd hoped coming to the NL I think but not bad either. 1.35 whip, 8.2K/9, 4.19 era almost exactly 6 innings per start, 2.5bb per 9.

Those numbers are deceptive. He had one game that was HORRIFIC. Other than that he's been VERY good.

Hey, our bench finally has someone on it that can hit the ball.

Of course, that means our lineup has someone in it that can't.
