When you sit your best player, coming up on an off day the next day, you deserve this. Dusty, nice one. Lance was killing him on 1530 earlier today. With this lineup, you take your best hitter out and this is what you get.

Wow, guys. We have 3 shots to score one run. It's been done before.

    Keep the faith!
This will not change until the Reds win the World Series.......

Furthermore, you replace him with a kid who has one hit and hasn't played much first base.

Is the problem really that Votto is sitting, or is the true problem that the bench sucks so badly?

    I'd vote for the latter.
    sorry we're boring

We're bad again, it's already been decided by the natives.
“I don’t care,” Votto said of passing his friend and former teammate. “He’s in the past. Bye-bye, Jay.”

My mlb.tv must be really behind because I'm showing the game in the 6th inning with the Reds down 1.

It's still the 6th inning BTW.
This is the game thread, you are supposed to assume that the Reds will lose as soon as something bad happens.

We get three more innings guys, I'm not giving up.... I think they are fully capable of scoring a couple more.

You watching the same game we are? Can't get a hit and their pitcher untouchable. It's reality.
