Nice story and seems like a nice guy, but if Mike Costanzo is in your bench, you are in trouble. Add in Valdez and your options are limited.

And I hate to beat up on that guy. He didn't even go after that 5 hopper that Votto fields on Jones. And he runs hard to first but watching the ball in the 2nd and out by half a step. Hope he shows something or this might be his only cup of coffee.

    Better hope Burnett implodes.

Applied early for "Org" status because these "the season is over" is common on the on "Deck" threads, and it gets old. Thanks for keeping it sane on here.

So no credit at all should go to Burnett who's hurling a gem? So this is just some scrub with no arm who's doing this to us? Come on!

You would actually have to post when the Reds are winning a game in order to judge that properly.

    Heisey with a single.
“I don’t care,” Votto said of passing his friend and former teammate. “He’s in the past. Bye-bye, Jay.”

    Don't look now...we touched him.

Guess this is another one in the long line of "tip your hat to the opposing pitcher" games. Because we keep running into All-star Game starters.
