Stubbs grounds out to short. 1-2-3 again....not in the good way.

Nine in a row after Stubbs' bunt. Only 34 pitches through three. We'll have him all night. Yuck.

That man is an absolute joy to watch in the field. I was NOT looking forward to our defense without Phillips.

    (Thanks Tom)

I agree. DatDude is really worth a ton to this team...he's got it all: Gets on base, has a little pop, can steal a bag, he's still an otherworldly fielder, and he's PR gold!
He made that difficult charging play look routine even with Costanza on the receiving end of his bullseye throw.

Phillips grounds out to short. 11 straight by Burnett. Let's go boys! Wake up those bats! What happened to us stinging the ball in the first?

11 in a row. Cueto had better pitch a shutout.
