Cueto usually owns the Pirates. I can see a 5-1 outcome. Something along those lines. This is pretty close to a lock as well.

This is an interesting game, Johnny C. usually owns the Pirates, but coming off 2 of last 3 outings very poor...need a big game tonight.

It'll be interesting to see what Bruce does in the #3 spot, I like it a lot. I'd also like to see him batting cleanup and BP batting 3rd!

I'd like to see Costanzo go deep. Just as a reward for all those years of bus trips in the minors. (And, of course, to help the Reds win.) His stay with the big club is probably not going to be a long one.

Yeah....sounds good. Hit a HR....give him the ball and a 12 pack of razors to get him through the weekend and send him down and wish him well.

Because one was mistakenly started on the Sun Deck proper rather than on the game threads board. No big deal.

It's a good move to get Votto back to back off days. If it's close we can bring him in to PH, but hopefully we get a nice lead and never need him.

Baseball is a game of numbers and sometimes the numbers seem to make no sense.

In 2004, Adam Dunn had 681 PA and 0 Sacrifice Flies.
In 2012, Mike Costanzo has 15 PA and 2 Sacrifice Flies.

    Odd.

Cueto needs to pitch around Andrew as he has Johnny's number, rest of Pirates hitting .186 aginst him...

Phil Dumatrait retires. Remember when the Reds were counting on pitchers like Dumatrait to come through? http://www.mlbtraderumors.com/2012/0...t-retires.html
