I'd at least let him start. Let Chapman be warming, though.

Marshall the set up man is a real good pitcher.

I'm guessing the Missile will pitch unless the Reds add a run or two.

Other choices are Marshall a second inning, or conceivably Simon.

I hope it is not Logan. He is showing signs of overuse IMO.

    Valdez hitting for Marshall.

Looks like it won't be Sean in the ninth. Chappy is up.

Listening to the broadcast, not sure exactly what happened, but the Reds have two outs in the ninth.

This trend of closers growing ridiculous facial hair and frowning and trying to look mean is so 1980's.

If the Reds are able to hold on, Sam Lecure gets a big round of applause for this game. He stopped the bleeding and worked two innings.

How come no Reds appear in the MLB commercials?

Yes the bullpen from LeCure on have been solid. 4 shutout innings allowing only 4 hits and striking out 6.

I would like to see Chapman go back to throwing some breaking pitches as well. Lately it is all heat.

There is one a nasty slider followed by a 101 MPH fastball. 2 Ks.
