    Census Information

I just received a huge booklet in the mail asking me very invasive information for the U.S. census, do I have to answer all the questions? Is there any penalty if I don't fill it out? The last time I just got a quick questionnaire and it was no problem, just wondering.
When I see the 2016 Reds, I see a 100 loss team and no direction.

It is likely the American Community Survey. You can call the census bureau at 1-800-923-8282 to make sure it is legit. If so, you are legally obligated to complete the survey.

A census taker once tried to test me. I ate his liver with some fava beans and a nice chianti.

I got one about 6 months ago and filled it out. It took maybe 15 minutes.
