Ugly. He hade no clue against Coke.

I give the Tigers credit. I would't have pitched to Votto.

He had a clue that he had no chance if the first pitch was a strike. Awful call.

Don't know how Coke's record is that bad - his stuff looked sick, even though that first strike was too low

Well pitched, Votto not even in the ballpark on all 3 pitches.

That at-bat was very surprising. Phil Coke isn't Billy Wagner

Pray for extras. The bottom of the ninth as well as the top are also iffy.

The bottom of our lineup tied the game for us.

    The aerodynamic LeCure.
"Since I've been with the Reds in 1989, we've never had a farm system this loaded," Bowden said. "If we were the New York Yankees and had unlimited dollars, we could have traded for Colon, (Jeff) Weaver, Rolen, (Cliff) Floyd, (Kenny) Rogers and Finley and gotten them all -- and still held onto our top five prospects. That's an amazing statement."

Lecure pitching. Gets a K. Nice.

Dusty had little choice here. He can't keep pitching Marshall and Chapman every night.

And Ondrusek has been bad of late.

    Ok with Lecure here.
