Jeez, I sure hope not. Maloney did have good K numbers in the minors, but never as good as Cingrani's. Also, Cingrani's ERA and WHIP are much better. It's been a small sample size, but I still think Cingrani will be far better. Also, Cingrani's velocity is better than Maloney's.
