    If the umps didn't give outs to the Tigers we'd be hitting all night.

    Still 2 runs is great, especially when you factor in a nice walk to Bruce, a double steal and a broken bat bloop hit.

    Is it possible Lairds leg touched Mes? Camera didn't show us.
    Attended 1976 World Series in my Mother's Womb. Attended 1990 World Series Game 2 as a 13 year old. Want to take my son to a a World Series Game in Cincinnati in my lifetime.

    It was funny watching Hershisher state the rule, which says the catcher must make contact with the hitter, as the reply clearly shows that no contact was made.
