    holy crap, I cannot believe this was 6 years ago. Back in the days when I only got to see the Reds when they were on national TV or playing the Mets or Yankees.

    Jason Bay crashed into the wall on the play (which allowed Bruce to boot scoot), he's coming out of the game. Scott Hairston coming in to play LF.

    Any chance he gets the record for most doubles in a single season?
    I was looking at the top two 2b splits earlier today. Both players were in double digits in most months, and each had a month where they got close 20. I'm fairly certain that Joey is far ahead of their paces at this point of the season (the huge doubles months were in July and August). Also, almost all of the 60+ 2b seasons were by players hitting in a home park that was hugely conducive to doubles, whereas GABP slightly decreases doubles.
